BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ is one of the world’s fastest ways to get in shape as it challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift & curl. BODYPUMP uses “the rep effect,” a breakthrough in resistance workout training. BODYCOMBAT™ is a MMA (mixed martial arts) inspired cardio workout where you’ll feel unleashed and empowered. FLEX is an athletic blend of Pilates and Yoga, incorporating stretching, mobility and rejuvenation. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is designed for athletic performance and mobility.

RISE™

This high-energy, bootcamp-style class uses a wide variety of equipment (kettlebells, dumbbells, rowing machines, etc) and training styles (HIIT, CrossFit Light, Tabata, etc) to give you a full-body workout. You may have tried bootcamp classes before, but RISE is a game-changer.

Note: RISE & SHINE is the 30-minute, early morning version of RISE. RISE & FLEX includes an additional 15 minutes of Pilates/Yoga.
